LETAS in Switzerland
I have now played two LETAS tournaments in Switzerland; Flumserberg Ladies Open and Lavaux Ladies Open. The first tournament was played at Golfclub Gams-Werdenberg, September 2-4. I finished T20 with the scores 74, 71, 70 (-1). I am finally seeing some progress in my swing and I start to feel like myself again. I was hitting the ball well during the week. Unfortunately, I was struggling with the speed on the greens which resulted in a lot of 3-putts.
After the tournament, I decided to stay in Switzerland to explore and practice before the next event, focusing on the putting. The second tournament was played at Golf de Lavaux, September 15-17. I finished T9 with the scores 70, 74, 69 (-3). Even though the weather, I managed to play pretty solid. I made a few stupid decisions which resulted in 5 penalty strokes. My putting was working better and the swing felt good.
I am happy to see that my game is heading in the right direction, but I also recognize room for improvement. I am extremely motivated, I have so much fun on this journey and I can’t wait until the next event in France – October 7-9!
Thank you to Mosquito-Traps for supporting me and for keeping the mosquitoes/bugs away when I travel!
