LETAS in Sweden
After 7 weeks in Sweden, I’m on my way back to the US to play the first stage of Q-school in Palm Springs, CA. The summer went by fast, I got some quality time on and off the course. I love being home and getting in-person feedback from my coaches. I also love to see my friends and family.
The last two weeks, I have played two LETAS events in Sweden. First, I played Swedish Matchplay Championship at Johannesburg GK and finished T3. I finsihed second after 36 holes and qualified for the match play. I won the first match by 3&2 and the second match by 4&3. I played very solid all week but came up short in the semifinal. The following week, I played GolfUppsala Open and finished T33. Not my best finish but my game was not far off, I made a few mistakes that cost. I shot 75,75,75 (+6). I’m having so much fun on the golf course which is my biggest motivation.
It is a dream come true to play as a professional golfer. I am playing for me and I am playing because I love the sport. Golf has given me so much and keeps on teaching me valuable lessons. I will spend the next couple of weeks on the road and I am very excited about it.
Thank you myggfri.nu for supporting me and keeping the mosquitos away!
See you soon!
