First Professional Tournament

I played my first professional tournament on the Cactus Tour this week. The event was held Monday to Wednesday at Stallion Mountain Golf Club in Las Vegas. My former teammates and best friends Julia Becker and Sydney Smith are from Las Vegas which made my tournament even more fun. 

I played the practice round on Sunday and was shocked over the conditions of the course (see picture of the 10th green). The tournament was played in golf carts and Sydney caddied for me the first two days. I had so much fun playing in the heat (45 degrees Celsius/115 degrees Fahrenheit). 

I shot 71(-1), 71(-1), 68(-4) to finish in second place out of 40 players and earned my first professional check.
